3D Print in Creative Industry

As a fresh technology accompanying creative industry, 3d print has already been validated to numerous segments. There are lots of advantages attending this production method. If the artists and creativity workers can utilise them appropriately, this tool can be a powerful facility.

One superior aspect of 3d print is the efficiency. As we can acknowledge, any forefront industry requires a fast reacting mould making device. Even the science and technology can make product speedy though, most of them are working employing specific moulds. With 3d print any experimental part or object can be made accurately with out any mould. Additionally, this mechanic itself can create moulds in order to make other permanent objects. Furthermore, in artificial domain, some crafts requires artisan with drastic patience that to finish one work spending decades.
With the risk of making mistakes, the process would be extremely exhausting. Using 3d print, some strokes can be done before trying to do significant components.

Another advantage of this technology is the accuracy it can accomplish that the civilisation might have never performed before. Whenever creating a statue or carving work, the meticulous level it can perform depends on the capacity and elaboration of the maker. Heretofore, the quality of man-made artwork is limit. Of cause, some masterpiece is splendid and precious. However, there are rare people can reach that degree. And the consuming of time and energy of that kind of works is hard to burden. Possessing 3d print, any impressive work an artist can imagine would be able to be realised. No matter how complex it would be, the result can be shown quickly.

Nowadays, the 3d print industry has already played an impressive view to enormous number of military and social life segments. In addition it is still booming. It was reported by BBC (2014) a colouring 3d printer has been developed and 'By incorporating traditional 2D printer colour mixing, using cyan, magenta and yellow, the manufacturer says multi-material objects can be printed in hundreds of colours.' Hence it can be observed the commercial prospect of it can be splendid and majestic. Consequently, I think it can be reasonable to found a project about 3d print.

A Trail of Style Combination

At the specific beginning of the project Quenching Blue animation, I was exploring a stylised visual representation way. I have felt it not easy trying to show something special. On the other hand, this is attractive experience with fabulous challenge. Owing to the reason that there were enormous number of splendid previous works had been employing the methods I thought of, I attempted to separate the circumstance in the animation scenes to two different style, especially in architecture in order to make it more distinct. To achieve this target, I strove not to let each of the building style effect the other one. On the contrary, I found it exhausting to give a building some Victorian-style embellishment whilst performing it avoiding a steampunk element and, with a trend, with some mechanical component.

Then I got in touched with a video game produced several years ago. Alice Madness Returns is an impressive work based on the fairy tale Alice in Wonderland. What attracted me involved in it was a scene representing some steampunk environment.

The imaginative pictures of the scene Hatter's Place impressed me not just by the way it made colour and elements so gorgeous, but also enlightening me that I can combine the 2 architectural style in some conditions. Thanks to this some ideas occured that some Victorian decoration can be put on the mechanical components like cogs and metal boards.

Of course it is way too hard to me to create image as the same level beauty as this fabulous work. On the contrary, I will have a try to do some combination between the Victorian buildings and steampunk style. Additionally, extraordinary imitation is never what I would allow myself to perform. The structure of the scenes in this game is inspiring me. Meanwhile I would try to use another colouring method even it looks less professional.

Ancient & Unforgettable impression

A fabulous journey had been paid from 30th Dec last year during 10 days to Egypt. Three of my friends and I enjoyed this great time both about the cultural antique spots and fascinating activities.

It cannot be denied specific anxiety existed before departure. Due to the unstable political condition of this country, it might be much more dangerous to travel there than most regions. However as a matter of fact, there was no violence observed by us during the hole journey. Nothing made people nervous but some armed vehicles and police. The normal life and tour was not effected so profoundly as imagined. The tour guide of us was a local citizen opposing the regime crashed 2012 which was supported by the driver. Contrarily they chatted jubilantly calling each other 'Habibi' that means 'dear friend' in Arabic.

The most exciting segment of these days is the murals we observed. It is splendid the frescoes shown in the temples are. The ancient Egyptian civilization had created incredible artworks either recording stories and spilling the art talent of them. By some reason photographing is inhibit in some temples and tombs, however I still brought enormous impressive inspiration.

One temple we wandered in was in Aswan. It should be, in my opinion, more anecdotal than others we had met. The carving on the walls are not merely done by thousands of years ago, but also added with some elements by vandals 200 years ago when some Christians came. The observation of symbols about Ra the Sun God gave them the trend to eradicate these icons and carved some crosses instead.

Another temple we visited on an evening in Nubia showed some casual life of some ancient Egyptians, like taking medicine, cultivation and migration for incidence. Remarkably, some murals was done with vivid colours and still can be seen heretofore.

Additionally, there is another intelligent facility produced two thousand years ago which can predict the flood period of the Nile. The principle they employed was to dig a tunnel to connect the cavern and the river. Consequently when a particular number of stairs were drowned, the inhabitants there were supposed to prepare for migration.

Taking photos were not allowed in Abu Simbel Temples and Valley of Kings. Owing this I scribbled some interesting parts of the frescoes on my small notebook. One thing made me feel encouraged that a porter of a tomb in Valley of Kings spoke to me. 'Artist? You must be nice.' He said when noticed I was sketching.

We paid visits to two Egyptian local hordes, Nubia and Bedouin. They possess some nice traditional technologies. They painted the pictures on the walls with natural pigments. These artificial works are pretty, so are the decorations in the house. Furthermore, they have another natural material which can be utilised to paint some symbols on the skin like a tattoo that just limiting flexibly a month. These pictures look seductive.

To be honest, driving a four-wheel motor cycle in the desert is my favorite activity during this journey. Riding in a spacious region to the lowing sun with a wild way made me drastically energised.

There are various memory involved in these days such as sunshine, camels, dust, armed police on streets and the panic feeling when exhausted in the sea trying to play with dolphins. They are irreplaceable. To sum up, I am fond of this country and I feel glad that I made it to come back alive.
